Return Policy

At Masterpiece Jewelers, your satisfaction is very important to us. You are welcome to return your purchase within 15 days for a full refund or in-store credit. (Sorry, custom orders, loose diamonds and loose gemstones cannot be returned).

Kindly call our store (386-252-0010) to get a return authorization number. 

Pack the unused item so that it can safely return to us. Please write your authorization number clearly on the front of the box. We also strongly recommend that you insure the item.

Please allow us 5 to 10 days to post your refund or in-store credit. Thank you.

Gift Returns

Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear cannot be accepted for exchange.
