What is an Ear Pin?
Ear Pins, (also known as Ear Climbers or Ear Crawlers),
are earrings that start at the bottom of the ear lobe
and rise up the ear. They were created in 1986
by California jeweler Jose Jay and stand out
because they cover more of the outside ear
area and look very different than “regular” earrings.
We’ve carried them over 25 years!
Ear Pins are simple to wear and very lightweight. Since they don’t need backings or posts to push against your upper ear, they are comfortable and feel like part of your ear. You won’t even know you have them on! And in my opinion, they also sweep upward so they offer an uplifting effect for your face. This can help you look more positive and even younger!
How Do Ear Pins Work?
Each Ear Pin has a small wire behind the design that you can adjust one time to fit your earlobe size. It gently grips without pinching.
If you have pierced ears, simply place the wire through your pierced ear and turn the design around so it faces upward on the ear. Note that the space between the design and the wire creates the tension to keep the earring on your ear, and this is what you adjust to your comfort level.
So Much to Choose From!
Ear Pins come in numerous sizes so you can wear them with other earrings that you own. There are a multitude of designs to choose from (with new ones on the way!) that include diamonds and various gemstones, pearls, gold, sterling silver, and more. This means you can purchase ear pins that are unique to your style, personality and budget.
Not only are Ear Pins fun to wear, you’ll find that they become a part of you. They add a touch of elegance to everything that you wear.
